A cancellation received with greater than a 48-hour notice including for personal emergencies, will result in a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the reservation fee. A refund of the balance will be issued to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

A full refund will be giving only if the following conditions exist at the time of the rental: heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes; lightning; Small craft warnings; high wind advisories or any condition that Blue Rush Water Sports considers unsafe boating conditions.

There will be no refunds issued within less than 24 hour of a rental with perfect conditions, or a no Show! A credit will be generated and must be used with in a year of the booking before it expires.
